Hi,

I got an iPad mini for Xmas, and I'm wondering if I can purchase 'iPad' apps, and if I wanted to, play it on my iPhone 4S as well?

Specifically, I want to purchase the game 'the room' on my iPad mini, and then if I want, I can sync it on to my iPhone?

I've already moved some apps from my iPhone to iPad, but not sure if it would work the other way around.

Thanks!

This will only work if the apps are universal (They have a + icon next to the price.) The Room has separate iPhone and iPad apps because they tweaked some puzzles to work better for the iPhone's screen size.

Ahhh right... So if I want it on both, I'll have to purchase it on both? Ok, thanks for that

Use iCloud to transfer apps on your iPad, I used it when I transfer my savefiles on Puzzle and Dragons. Since that game need to start all over again once you installed it into other device. I am just like you I transfer the game to iPad to 4S lol
