New iOS feature shown in iPhone 6 film?

So how would multitasking/recent apps work if double press of the home button now does this "reachability" thing (at least on the plus)?

It's a double touch rather than double press :)
 
I believe display zoom is a feature where everything is magnified so that the overall content is larger (ex: your homescreen icons are larger, text is larger, etc.). This comes at the cost of screen real estate (seeing more content at a time).
 
The uno hand mode, double tap to make it short, one tap to make it normal. Also it was mentioned that the sleep button is now on the right side and not on top anymore.

Gotcha. So presumably you'll get the 5/S/C screen estate with this mode enabled?
