new iOS OWA app. stuck - can anyone post his/her config ?

I installed the new OWA app. for Office 365 business subscribers, however the app gets stuck at the splash screen and never gets anywhere, as seen in this screenshot.

I noticed however that the app has some individual settings in the iOS Settings app. under Settings > OWA (you need to scroll quite a bit to get there).

Can anyone for whom the app is working post his/her config under 'Advanced' ? (excluding any personal information, of course).

The fields I'm missing are:
- Server
- Page URL
- Query String
