New IPad 2 Air Can't Remember Jack

Bought a new IPad 2 Air a couple of weeks ago. Updated the IOS and copied my backup from the MAC. Now, when I visit websites and enter username & password and check the site's box "Remember Me", the IPad can't remember Ja-ck. Every time I return to the site I have to reenter the same credentials each visit. Is there a setting to tell the IPad it's okay to remember log-in's? I do have Keychain on.

Note, my IPad 4th generation remembered everything.

Go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies and make sure the option "Allow from Websites I Visit" is selected

I had mine set to "Allow from Current Website". Made the change you suggested. Not remembering me yet. Should "Do not track" be set to "On" or "Off" for this to work?

If you have any content blockers installed, check that they aren't blocking cookies.
