I intentionally waited to buy my iPad 2 until iOS 5 was factory installed so I could avoid paying for subsequent updates.

Despite buying October 20th it arrived with 4.2. Should I just deal and pay for iOS 6 next year or return for an iOS 5 iPad 2?

I'm intrigued to know what iOS 5 will supposedly cost you, and from who exactly?
