Just got the ATT version and I get 2 bars ATT vs 5 with my iphone and iPad Air. I ran a speed test and only get about 1 mbps. Suck because I got a perfect screen :(

Update: Just did a full restore of 8.1 and it appears to be fixed. 5 bars now.
