New iPad Air 4 - Smart Folio

Hi

Does anyone know if the Smart Folio for the new iPad Air 4 covers the back as well as the front of the iPad Air 4?

i.e. it is a case rather than just a cover for the front only.

It doesn’t wrap around the sides of the iPad like a normal case but it covers the front and back. I bought Nomad’s folio case for my 11” IPP because it’s more durable and offers more protection. In my experience, Apple’s folios and keyboards for iPads can start literally coming apart at the seams after a few months of use.

Thank you for your replies. I know it sounded like a stupid question when it says in the description that it fits around the back and front. However, I read one review that categorically warned the Smart Folio only protected the front. Hence my confusion. Apple Online's page doesn't exactly help either. ONE image until you figure out that there are actually further images that only show if you select the black version. These multiple images aren't visible when selecting other choices of colours. Not very good is it? Apple Support hasn't got a clue when you 'phone them seeking clarification.

I heed what you say about durability. My past iPad Air 2 Leather Cases have suffered just as you describe.
