i got new ipad, it usually clicks everywhere, for example it touches randomly onscreen keyboard keys..

when i want to slide slowly to open main screen, slider release, is it about touchscreen?

i tried restore, factory reset but it doesnt worked.

should i replace touchscreen? is it a solution? or is it about logicboard related issue?

thanks

Sounds like a hardware defect. Where did you get it from? If it's new, it should be under warranty and you should be able to get it replaced.

it's not under warranty :( is it about logic board? or about touch screen?

I have no idea how to diagnose or fix hardware defects, sorry.

If it's the new iPad, how can it not be under warranty? They've been out less than a year, they should all be under warranty.

it came from another country, and my country does allow only this country warranty, not other countries

so i have to repair it :(

Sorry to hear that. But is it not possible to get out-of-warranty service? From what I understand, opening up an iPad is very difficult, and shouldn't be done unless you really know what you are doing. For more info, check out http://www.ifixit.com/.
