New iPad no syncing with iTunes

I got me a new ipad 2 with 32 gb of storage. My old ipad only was 16gb and since the ipad 2 came with iOS 5 I never use my laptop to sync and started as a new iPad anyways finally have time to get my laptop on and just sync my iPhone but my iPad is no working, I can hear the little noise when I disconnected (little sound from the iPad ) but iTunes doesn't show it to me, never had the problem with my old ipad or any iPods or iPhones in the past, at ideas?

Nvm found a solution , need to uninstall drivers and install them again kind of annoying
