There might be a new entry level iPad with a slightly bigger screen available soon. Certainly not shown at the I-hone presentation but likely to be released later this year.
The 11inch is but so is the 9inch, you may want to wait for the newer tech.Hi

I do agree, f you have to hold it. But I doubt james would like to put that kind of money in it. The closest thing would be an air 3 or 10.5 pro, whichever is cheaper. The best web surfing device at the moment on earth is a 11” iPad Pro, not too small not too big. Can still use both hands on either side and hold it and type. And the speed is spot on.
Agreed, and it's even better with the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio, but it's $$$.The best web surfing device at the moment on earth is a 11” iPad Pro, not too small not too big. Can still use both hands on either side and hold it and type. And the speed is spot on.
Yup, the second best would be the 10.5" models, again with the Smart Keyboard.I do agree, f you have to hold it. But I doubt james would like to put that kind of money in it. The closest thing would be an air 3 or 10.5 pro, whichever is cheaper.
To try and answer your original question precisely, go with the 1st gen 12.9 iPP. Even considering the new iPad 7 gen. You will not be sad if you can get an old pro at a good price: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/anyone-still-using-first-gen-12-9”.2151485/Hi
