Via the UK store I instigated a return of my dull yellowish iPad on Sunday. Hadn't heard from the courier so gave customer service a call today and they said they'd follow it up.......
2hrs later the courier for Apple rang and said they could pick up the return on Monday. I asked if they could come sooner given that it's only Wedsnesday and she apologised saying they'd be inundated with customer returns & Monday was the soonest they could manage.
