iPad New iPad stuck on apple logo and error "incompatible firmware" when restoring

Alright so here is what happened I got the new iPad 2 days ago and I was happy to add content to it and jailbreak it. Everything was all good till I tried to add swirly SMS in cydia and my iPad got stuck in a respring. I eventually did a hard shutdown by holding the power and home key and switched it back on only to realize it wouldn't go past the apple logo at start up. I then went onto the net with my phone to search 4 a solution and I found out about about how to enter safe mode but even after trying this there was still no progress. And so I went decided to download the Ipsw and restore it. But to my surprise after the download and trying to restore iTunes tells me the firmware is not compatible with the iPad. I checked for a different site and redownloaded the Ipsw and I still got the same outcome. Just to be clear it is an 32GB iPad with wifi and cellular with LTE I bought from the UK. Someone please tell me what to do as I come from Zambia where we have no apple stores and so the solution has to be DIY
