New iPhone 13 arrives soon, but my case and screen protector got delayed by 2 weeks

Should I get a cheap case and screen protector to at least have some sort of protection for my new shiny device? Or is Apple's "Ceramic shield" and Gorilla Glass more than enough protection from micro scratches for 2 weeks going case less? I'm careful with all my devices, but I do hate micro-scratches. Thank you
