New iPhone 3G checklist before connecting

I will be switching to ATT next week & getting a Family plan with one 3G & some other phone for my wife. In order to have as few glitches as possible here is what I am planning to do before synching for the first time:

  1. Make sure Leopard is up to date on my Mac
  2. Make sure ITunes is up to date
  3. Correct any permission problems on the Mac
  4. Be sure Entourage 2003 is synching with Address Book & iCal

Any other suggestions?
