New iPhone 3G S - enable MMS

My cousin purchased the new iPhone 3G S the other day with the latest firmware and AT&T carieer matching with what I have and he still can't see MMS.

What does he have to do enable his MMS? He's shut it off but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Yep, it has. That was my first question as well. They made him hold down home and power button to see if that would do it and still no luck.

this happened to one of my iphones the other day. My gf(who has one of them) could send or recieve mms or txt. I had to call at&t and she sat on the phone with them for about an hour then it finally worked. it's on their end..
