I hear a lot of people saying that they don't like that the screen is smaller on the 4g or that they want it to be bigger than the past Iphones, but would that be possible to do without creating new app store apps like they had to do with the iPad? I don't really know a lot about the display and resolution and stuff but was just curious if Apple would be able to change the screen size and keep the same apps running.

Thanks! :D

When you say screen size, you mean resolution correct?

Its actually quite easy for apple to accomplish this.

First, they'd provide a new SDK that has the appropriate settings/configurations/APIs needed for the higher resolution iPhone to a select few developers, so that some new games/apps will be available at or near launch time.

The old software will continue to run, because of backward compatibility and any of course other developers who wish to take advantage, could simply update their apps once apple made the updated sdk available.
