New iPhone 4S, no wallpapers?

I purchased my new iPhone 4S over the weekend, restored from iCloud bla bla bla.

Phone is awesome, but when I went to change my wallpaper in the default ones, it just shows a big black window, see attached pic.

Anyone else see this issue before or should I just restore?

I have it as well, no clue why it happened and I have a iPhone 4.

I downloaded them from here:

http://www.gumballtech.com/2010/06/08/default-ios-4-wallpapers/

and then just applied.
