New iphone 4s. Normal battery life?

coming from a samsung galaxy S this is a blessing, but according to iphone users, normal?

music was about 2-2.5 hours but i was also texting and stuff continuously throughout the day.

'normal' usage I believe is hinged on the individual owners usage pattern.

Usual advice is to calibrate your battery , lower screen brightness and turn off settings in locations, system services.

Rumours are apple are working on a software update fix.
