Hi,

I will visit USA in a few days and I am thinking to buy an unlocked iPhone 5s however, I have heard that I should insert a Sim card in order to activate my iPhone and use it on WiFi like an iPod Touch, is that true?

If yes, can I insert my local carrier Sim while I am in USA? and can I activate my iPhone on multiple Sim cards? (i.e can I freely swap any Sim whether in usa or in my country?)

Thanks in advance
