iPhone new iphone 6 - odds of ios < 8.1.3/8.2

Going to be getting another iPhone 6 today, looking to go to Best Buy, since I'm all but sure any and all phones at Apple will already have 8.1.3 or 8.2 installed by now.. Anyone get a device recently (past week maybe) anywhere (Apple or Best Buy) that didn't have 8.1.3 or 8.2 already?

Too bad there's no way for them to tell without opening it and all that jazz, but I'd like to have at least one device that's jail breakable since mine already has 8.2 on it.

I got a 6 plus from my local best buy on 4/4, it has 8.1.2 firmware installed. I haven't gotten around to JB it yet.

Yeah I got a 6 last week at Best Buy as well, and it has/had 8.1.2. Jail broke it within 15 minutes of getting home, and won't be moving beyond that until a jail break is released (if at all) for 8.3 or beyond.

Went to Apple store and grabbed 64gb SG sim free and it came with 8.1.2 I'm so ****ing happy lol
