This issue has been annoying me since iOS 11, I had an SE used to be fantastic on iOS 10 maybe 2 days on a single charge, In the end I was getting 2 hours screen time on the latest iOS 12 and thats with a brand new battery so I decided to purchase an iPhone 7 plus this week mainly for the battery.
Only had it a couple of days, take yesterday for example, of the charger at 6am, 1pm I was at 50% thats with less than 1 hours screen time and main battery usage was Pocketcast in background and safari, It was flat by 8pm so didn't even last a full day with what I consider light use, My SE would be dead around 5-6pm so got a couple of extra hours but its still ****.
I did restore from SE backup when setting up, in saying that I don't have many apps installed as I recently set the SE up as a new phone to see if that would help battery drain and I was gradually adding apps 1 by one to see what the culprit was.
I'm all out of ideas folks.
