new iphone need help

my daughter received an iphone recently and before we were able to sync it with our itunes account she created a new itunes account bought music and games with an itunes gift card.
she is now wanting to transfer music and movies to her phone from our itunes account. is this possible with out her losing her recently purchased games and music

Yes, just make sure that she logs into one account and authorizes the computer for that account and then logs into the 2nd account and authorizes the computer for that account, as well.
