Just got back from Verizon after getting a iPhone and they transferred all my contacts/photos from my old phone to it..

Well I plugged it into my mac to sync and it asked if I wanted to go from my ipod backup or something like that and i said ok because I wanted it to copy my music and everything.. well it wound up deleting all my photos and contacts. is there any way to reverse this? I'm sure I can't be the only one who has done this LOL

I really don't want to go back to Verizon and have the re-transfer everything.

Other than that I'm loving my new iPhone..

Unless you backed up your iPhone before you clicked ok, then no. There is nothing you can do as far as I know

Difficult to say without knowing what Verizon used to transfer the data.

I would assume it was iTunes in which case the phone can only be used / synced / backed up with one iTunes / Computer combination and therefore removed what was there from the Verizon computer and replaced it with what was there from your computer eg nothing. This is a simplistic version but I'm guessing that's what happened.
