New iPhone Software?

So i was browing around reading the news from salt lake city, and being the lemming i am i saw
iPhone and i clicked on the link... They were talking about how to stream KSL Radio on an iPhone and they showed an App.... However the screen shots were different than the normal iPhone (unless i missed a software update)

Take a look and look up on the info bar up at the top - next to the signal strength and network indicators - is this a mod? or did i miss an update? or is this pre-released software in the wild?

im going to guess that phone has been hacked pwned or whatever you call it, as for a program to stream radio? i think AOL radio will stream radio stations, at least it used to

the phone is on software 2.1 and its jailbroken or he used captin crunch
