I saw this from Ctech a Chinese website, the pics were taken from Beijing Mobile website
and here is the translation:
1. Support NFC and fingerprint sensor
2. A7 processor(by intel, really?)
3. Touch On LCD screen. ( whats Touch On??)
4. Larger screen. ( really??)
5. iOS 7 system
6. Sapphire home button ( sounds expensive and fancy)
7. LTE-A technology
8. Support wireless charge
9. Battery capacity is larger.
10. support shooting Slow-motion movie
11. Dual flash light.

by intel....that says enough of how much to believe of this.
 
That's the same site that got the alleged photos of the 5S package box and of the 5Clogic board.
Either they have reliable sources, or are cleverly speculating.

this is not possible, even though intel can fabricate arm based processor, it is already known that samsung is the one who makes it.

Exactly. There is zero chance of Intel fabbing the chip. Just like most analysts, this isn't worth considering.
 
Intel CPU and larger screen just show this is BS. I'll be shocked to see NFC as well. If NFC every shows any kind of success it may happen but until then it's getting left out. Apple is about margin, adding another chip no one really cares about isn't something they are going to do.

I sense some strong BS from that list.
