New iPhone - Text Shortcuts not syncing

I upgraded to an iPhone 6 Plus, installed iOS 8.2, and now my Text Shortcuts are no longer syncing between my phone and my MacBook Pro (Yosemite 10.10.2).

I already tried the following:
-Turn off/on iCloud Drive on both devices
-Switched off Predictive Text / Suggestions on iOS
-Rebooted devices -> Nothing works

I don't know if it stopped working before I upgraded to a new phone, or since I upgraded my old iPhone 5S to iOS 8.2

Any ideas on how to get this fixed? I had this problem once before during the Yosemite betas...

Oh, and I submitted a bug report to Apple.
