Why couldn't it be O2? Would love 4G with them and I know they'd do it well.

Rumours are that Three will be leasing 4G space off Everything Anywhere, then you can see hw 4G will be done correctly.

Not a rumour, Three have actually purchased 4G spectrum from EE.

Whether they will be allowed to use it before next year is another matter, but I agree with your sentiments.

3=great data network.

3 is the best data network by a significant amount IMO. Have 3 for my iPad, O2 for my phone.

Everything everywhere is miles better than O2 for 3G coverage.

Three is king but annoyingly has no coverage in 2 places I frequently visit.

Looking forward to EE 4g myself

There is no "better" or "best" network.

What's best for person A, is worst for person B.

Pick a provider that has great coverage where you live, work and socialise and you're good to go.

For example, Orange was shockingly poor coverage for me, but 3 has been the best so far.

I have friends who are on Orange and say its the best for them and 3 is the worst.

"Best" is very subjective and "What's the best network to go with for my iPhone", is a question that can't really be answered by people on forums.

I always suggest that people grab a PAYG SIM card from all 5 of the (UK) networks and try them to see which one gives the best performance.

I can confidentially state when 4G rolls out on Orange/T-mobile, it will be the worst 4G to date.

Wouldnt touch Orange or T-mobile with a 10 ft barge pole.

In my experience i would agree, there reception around Manchester for me is awful. I'll be so happy when my contract is up with them.

They should also get Visual Voicemail sorted.......... moan finished:D
