My iPhone 4 has been shipped from AT&T and I should be receiving it soon (SO EXCITED!). But I have a question! Will I receive an @me.com email address if I do not already have one? Thanks all!

Unless they've changed something, no. You'll need to sign up for one.

That's a good question. I think you have to set up an iCloud account in order to get a me.com account now. However I'm not sure that you can set up an iCloud account just yet.

You can always register your phone using an existing iTunes account. Or set up a new iTunes account using an existing email account. If that's your concern. Don't need a me.com account for that.

I think you have to pay for a mobile me account.

Can't do that as of yesterday. Mobile Me is no longer offered. Existing users are grandfathered in for another year, but really with iCloud going online in fall most of us will probably just switch over then.
