Hello just got a new iPhone and when trying to download photos from icloud back up (up-to-date) out of 12,xxx photos and 1600 videos the iPhone downloaded 1600 pics and 250 vids and stopped. There is 200 gigs free. I tried signing in and out of cloud, turning on and off the sync option, restarting my phone and event contacted apple support who told me to just wait. I have been syncing for the last 24 hours over 5G wifi and phone plugged in. I don't understand what is happening.
