iPhone X New Iphone with Data only?

Hello,

Is it possible to get a new iphone and not get a phone number, only use data? With T Mobile? With the Apple upgrade program...?

The purpose is that i only receive spam calls, could use voip when needed, and data only is so much less expensive than data and voice...

I think the answer is no.

If you're concerned about cost you'll get better answers here if you reveal exactly how much cell data you use per month.

As long as you can get a hold of an unlocked device you can do it.

I’ve been on T-Mobile for over a year doing prepaid data only with my iPhone SE

I use Google voice for my multiple phone numbers and have been using Hangouts for the actual voice dialing over cell data… But now they are actually rolling out true voip calling right through the Google Voice app. It’s awesome!
