There are millions of speculations about the camera module, the display size and memory. But are the any rumors of used WLAN chipset in the upcoimg iPhone.

I think your question is "Is it a 5Ghz N or 2.4Ghz N?".

Well, the iPhone4 offers 802.11n (in the 2.4GHz band only), so the new one will certainly equal that at least. I guess the only question would be if it supports 5GHz. Haven't seen any rumors one way or the other in that regard.
