Hello guys,

I got a brand new iPhone X but my 3D Touch is not working. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but when I press an app I only get the option to change the apps position. Anyone know how to fix this?

Go to “General” in settings and then Accessibility and then click on 3D Touch to initialize.

Go to settings General then Accessibility Make sure it's turned on

It’s actually working now. You have to press it a bit harder than normal. I’m an android user so iOS feels different.

Have the opposite problem, dropped iPhone XS and now 3D Touch is overly active! It comes on very easily often by accident. Changing the accessibilities 3D Touch intensity options makes no difference... I take it repair is the only solution?
