New iPhone xfer jb apps

i am jailbroken on an iphone 4 and just got a new one cuz of water dmg. when i activate my new iphone 4 and jailbreak it will cydia know that i already paid for ifile and other paid apps. i do have xbackup too.

yup as long as you use that same google login on cydia as you did when you purchases them

As long as the cydia apps use the cydia login, they will transfer. Some don't (use the UDID or other method instead). One app in particular is GV SMS and Phone extension. in that case email the developer and he will move the license to the new phone.
