Hey guys, I’m wondering if anybody has experienced something like this with a new iPhone and can lead me in the right direction. Basically today I picked up an iPhone Xs and set it up, and within the first 5 minutes of using it the phone turned off unexpectedly. Then when I powered back on, the WiFi and Bluetooth toggles were grayed out and refused to turn on. I tried resetting the network settings, resetting all settings, and even erasing the entire phone and starting from scratch.... nothing works and I am still unable to turn on the WiFi. The attached image is what I see at the beginning of the setup process. There are normally over 10 WiFi networks available from my house.

Does anyone know of anything else I can try prior to going to the Apple store?

Thanks

At this point I would do a DFU restore using iTunes.
