New iPhone4 Purchase: Any advantage to keeping 4.2.1?

Just purchased another iPhone4 and see it is running 4.2.1
Would there be an advantage to simply keeping this firmware instead of updating?
My primary line, also an iP4, is running 5.01 and is jailbroken.
