Hello everyone,

for the last couple of month I have notice that my iPhone 5 got completely mad. shut down at 31% than opens up again without charging in 5% and working for at least an hour
in total the phone could hold up to more than 4-5 hours without shutting down
I have used iBackupBot to see my battery parameters and saw these details:
CycleCount: 578
DesignCapacity: 1430
FullChargeCapacity: 800

So I understood that my battery is bad!!
yesterday I went and replaced my battery in local fixing lab (we don`t have apple support in my country) and I was told that i`m getting a new battery.

But...

After running iBackupBot again I saw these details:
CycleCount: 120
DesignCapacity: 1430
FullChargeCapacity: 1400

I`m guessing that this info means that the battery is not new, am I right?
in fact it`s look like it is very old battery...right?

however, despite the high cycle count it seems that the battery condition
is not bad? am I right?

Does a new battery comes with "0" cycle count?

Thanks in advance for any responses

That's a used battery but in near perfect condition. If it was cheap I'd keep it but if you paid a lot then complain!
