iPhone 11 Pro New iPhones don't connect with Macbook Pro 13'?

So the new iPhones don't come with a USB charger, its a different head...

I had an iPhone 7+ so this new charging cable is new to me. I need an adaptor for this now?

The new pro models do come with a USB C to lightning cable, all others with USB A to lightning. As both are still lightning, you can use the cable you currently use with your 7+ to connect to your Mac.

is the speed in the cable or is it in the portion that plugs into the power outlet?

So moving forward, I need to get a USB to USB C adaptor?
