I was checking out the Mac App Store page on Apple's website and noticed that the icon for iPhoto in the promotional image is different from the current iPhoto icon. Check it out:
Left: promo image; Right, current iPhoto icon
The icon in the App Store image is from an entire different perspective. The photo and the camera appear to be slanted to the left compared to the current icon. At first I thought this was just how they did it so it appears to "burst" from the MacBook Air... but none of the other iLife, iWork, or app icons have changed perspectives.
You can see that the lens area has different shading, and the side of the camera is visible, so it is clearly a redesigned icon.
Not sure what this means, if anything... just thought it was interesting.
