I just ordered a new Ipod touch 4G off Ebay. It was a good deal, brand new for 194.99.Anyway, when I got it and set it up I realized the home button was defective. I have to press it several times to get it to turn on. It works inconsistently when exiting apps and I have to press it very firmly and precisely to get a response at all. It just isn't working properly. It might seem like a small thing, but when you spend this kind of money on something you want it to work perfectly. Do you think apple would replace it for me?
Any tips would be great!
