iPod New iPod and wired remote

Has anyone else noticed that the new iPod doesn't have the socket for a wired remote?

The wired remote is the thing I like best about my iPod, wouldn't dream of having one without a remote hanging off the earphones. Does anyone know if there is a remote that plugs into the dock connector?

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in a previous post because the nanos don't have remote slots.
