New iPod avaliability

so my mom told me if i get all A's and B's this quarter she would buy me a new ipod. soo my quarter of school doesnt end until the 19th of october. if the new ipods are released with an iphone esque features. what are the chances of me getting one on the 19th of october at an apple store? Im just wondering. and past info would be appreciated.

When the 5G came out, it was a couple weeks (at least) before they were available in the stores. So I ordered mine online the next day, and it probably still took a couple of weeks to get in.

yeah i would say so. just depends though. didnt the nano sell out online in like 3 seconds when it first came out?

yes, 2g nano had inmediate availability.

I'm not even a hardcore iPod user...but the new one will be so sick haha

I'd say if they exist and Apple releases them soon, you have a good chance. If not, I guess not... (Seriously what do you expect when it's all speculation)
