New iPod Touch and New Macbook Pro

Hello,

I will be getting a new Macbook Pro and a new iPod Touch this week. I have right now a MBP and an iPod Touch as well. I just want to know how I will be able to carry my applications from my current iPod (which I intend to sell) to my new iPod. I ask because I will be selling my current computer as well and I'm not sure how it will all work. Will it just be linked with my iTunes account and I can redownload everything?

You can either redownload the apps or just sync the new ipod with the old laptop and everything will transfer over.
