iPod New iPod?

Well, its getting close to my birthday and I want to upgrade my 3G 15 gig ipod to a new one. But, I know its close to the time Apple is going to put out new ones so, does anyone have any idea when that might be? I could wait awhile I suppose but it sure would be cool to get one now! Thoughts?

My guess is September-October. Past the hoopla of the iPhone launch and enough time to market new iPods for Xmas.

I'm in the same boat as you - I have the same 15Gb iPod... I'm tempted to pick up a 60Gb white one from the refurb store...



I'll wait and see till I have some more money...

This seems to be a reasonable time to expect Apple to release new iPods. I really doubt that they will release new iPods at the same time that the release the iPhone.
