new iTunes 8 makes crappy video export....

Okay, I recently tried exporting the new iPod nano-chromatic ad to iPod compatible file via iTunes, and the video looks SO CRAPPY AND SPUTTERY...

I always had very smooth results when I exported video via iTunes and Quicktime to iPod files, but now, it's sooooo sputtery....

Is this a intentional change, or did Apple mess up something?
