New iTunes re-syncing my movies. Why?

So, I updated to iTunes 9.2 to get ready for the iPhone 4 I'll never be able to order. Anyway, I noticed when 9.2 first started it said something about updating movie art. And now, the latest sync is re-adding my movies. I hope it didn't f'up all my album artwork I worked hard to get.
