New Laptop - Battery Care?

So I just unwrapped my laptop but I know there is something special you must do with the battery the first time, does anyone know?

Something like leave it plugged in, or charge it down?

Any help would be appreciated

Yes, you should calibrate it initially and then every few months thereafter. That's about it!
