New line Att Upgrade not there

Hi,
I opened new line on grandfather Att Family plan with dumb phone, no contract 9.99+ tax(of course ). Just went to OLAM, but I don't see any upgrade subsidy options on this line, full price and NEXT only.

How long does it take for the subsidy upgrade option be available?

Mine is showing now. Was 9/21 yesterday, eligible now.

You misunderstood me a bit. I just went to Att store 08/25 and added a line with Nokia dumb phone, no contract. But for some reason this line is not eligible for subsidy upgrade. I know it takes some time to show upgrade eligible in the system, but how long?
