Hey Everyone:

I had a new logic board put into my macbook because my one ram slot failed. Everything in OSX is taking forever to load, things are freezing, programs are crashing or not responding. Any idea why that would happen. I am quite pissed off now. I just got it back this afternoon. Oh and the apple technicians left Blank Board Serializer cd in my computer which is used to set serial numner of apple based computer boards. Has anyone else experience these issues and is there something I can run to test if something is wrong now with this logic board??

thanks

You could run Apple Hardware Test from your install disc 1 by holding D during boot. Or you could attempt to find a copy of Apple Service Diagnostic version 3S116.

Hi Soccer1234

Do you still have this. I have many machines i need to enter the serial number on but apple and service providers will not give me GSX access to download it.

It would be really great if you can help :(
