New Mac Mini 10-3-2023 difference ?

Apple announced "New Mac Mini" yesterday. 10-3-23. What is different from the M2 released a couple of months ago. I looked at the new spec and compared it to the previous M2 release but couldn’t see any difference. What have I missed?

Apple did not announce a new Mac Mini yesterday.

That is strange, in the UK the apple site went down and when it came back it showed the attached page !!!

On the US website they are listing the iPhone 14 Pro and PM as new, so I wouldn't read too much into that.
