New Mac, old iPhone

Hey

So at the weekend my old macbook died, hard drive went to heaven. So I've lost everything!! Went upto Apple today in Aberdeen and got a new Macbook Pro.

I have no back ups on any external hard drive or anything, so I dont have any backups for my iPhone.

Basically i want to know how I go about moving all my music, pictures, apps, contacts off my iPhone and back onto my new mac without losing any!

I've got Senuti to get my music off, gonna give it a try tonight. But what about the other stuff???

Pod2mac will get your music off your iPhone. iTunes should auto sync your apps
